JCI Cork Meets United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon

JCI Cork President, Mary-Kate, went to Dublin to represent JCI Ireland at the launch of a new United Nations (UN)Youth Delegate Programme. The event was be attended by 100 young people with talks and discussions from UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Sean Sherlock, Irish rugby player Donncha O’Callaghan and more. A panel discussion also took place on the UN Development goals followed by a voting session. 

This was a fantastic opportunity for JCI to meet one of our global partners, the UN.
