JCI Cork Speak in Tyco

We were thrilled our JCI Cork Local President Éabha O’ Leary Fitzpatrick was asked to speak in Tyco this Monday 21st of March. 

Following the Cork Chamber Annual Dinner 2016 where Éabha was one of the guest speakers, Tyco wanted to encourage their employees to learn about what JCI Cork were doing to develop young leaders and empower people to create positive change and asked our Local President to share the JCI Cork story. 

Éabha shared the story behind the 2016 #BeSeenToBeBetter – where JCI Cork have the mission of increasing the visibility of JCI as a platform promoting Cork as a great city for young people, where we can access talented leaders, develop meaningful careers and avail of exciting opportunities –  all on our own doorstep. 

Éabha shared the challenges that comes with taking on a leadership role and why getting out of your comfort zone is the best thing for your own personal development and growth. 

JCI Cork is delighted to develop strong relationships with international organisations such as Tyco who house their global headquarters in Cork.
