JCI Ireland (Junior Chamber International Ireland) is a membership-driven organization of dedicated and enterprising young leaders, aged 18 to 40, creating positive opportunities around the world. We offer support to develop leadership skills as they relate to personal development, business and entrepreneurship, community action and international collaboration.

For over fifty years, JCI Cork has been serving the people of Cork, by organizing charity fundraisers, networking and training events. It is a completely voluntary organisation. It is part of an International organisation aimed at attracting members aged 18-40 focusing on leadership, entrepreneurship and active citizenship. The organisation has a strong focus on developing young leaders by involving them in the running of many worthwhile projects, which add to and enhance community life in Cork. There is only one pre-requisite to becoming a member of JCI Cork – The enthusiasm to improve!
